At SynproLabs, we are committed to ensuring your research peptides arrive safely and efficiently, wherever you are. Learn more about our shipping methods, timelines, and return policies below.

Shipping Information

We charge a flat rate of $10.99 for most shipments, provided the number of products fits within our Priority Mail box standards. For orders over $250, we offer FREE complimentary shipping (applies to orders shipped within the USA only).

We offer expedited shipping via UPS (estimated delivery: 1-5 business days after payment clearance) for customized pricing depending on your UPS shipping zone. These fees are calculated at checkout.

All orders include shipping, handling, and guaranteed tracking information within the USA.

Shipping Schedule

  • Your order will be prepared for shipping within 24 hours of cleared payment.
  • Orders are packed and shipped 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • The daily shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM EST.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in standard USPS or UPS packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Our shipping process is fast, secure, and discreet, ensuring your order arrives safely and confidentially.

Returns & Refunds

If any product fails to meet stated purity standards, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Customers may independently verify their product at any licensed HPLC testing facility. We carefully source and work exclusively with high-quality ingredients and materials to ensure consistent standards across all products.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking your property thoroughly as carriers may leave packages in discreet locations.

If your local carrier is unable to assist, please contact us at support@synprolabs.com. We will initiate a lost package claim with the courier. A signed statement confirming non-receipt will be required.

Most domestic carriers consider a package officially lost after 21 business days in transit. Once a claim is filed, resolution may take up to 60 business days. If the package is not recovered, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Address Changes

Orders ship from our facility six days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

To request an address update, email support@synprolabs.com with your name, order number, and corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
